Cake

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1 tsp bicarb

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup sugar

1 tbl jam

1 tbl white vinegar

1 cup milk

1 egg

1 tbl butter (melty)

Mix above ingredients together and bake on 180 for 30 min

Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup milk

250 ml fresh cream

1 tin ideal evaporated milk

4 tbl butter

1tsp vanilla essence

½ cup sugar

Stab the cake with a cake tester and pour the sauce over.Serve with ice cream or fresh cream.
